Our Expectations

We expect all our candidates to be honest about their background, career objectives, provide accurate feedback about interviews, and provide referrals since we are opening up our network of opportunities to you.

Please be candid about your background and career preferences, because it helps us focus on what opportunities are the best fit and will most likely advance your career long term. Remember the initial salary increase and location are not the most important items to focus on, the key questions that should be answered whenever accepting a new job is “What opportunities will this job provide me now and in the future, and how will this job position me for my next promotion? Too many candidates do not consider this, accept opportunities for the wrong reasons and end up limiting their options for the future.

Timely feedback on interviews makes the interview process more productive; we expect all my candidates and clients to provide feedback immediately after every interview. This ensures that everyone is kept informed of their status and we are able to schedule more interviews immediately so we can maintain momentum and get results.

Search 4 Integrity and our client’s time is valuable so we expect all of our candidates to keep us appraised of all companies they have contacted through email, letter, telephone call, interviewed with, or other recruiters. By communicating details to us timely is important to avoid investing our time on opportunities you have already pursued, and keeping our clients aware of pending offers from other companies so they can produce offers to you as well.

Since we will be giving you access to our network of job opportunities, we expect you to provide names of professionals you know so we can expand our network; many times these referrals eventually turn into new opportunities that are a match for you. Even if your contacts are satisfied with their jobs, they may be receptive to keeping in touch with the job market; we can provide valuable information that gives them valuable knowledge for their future job searches.
