Our Process

We’ll talk to get a preliminary idea of what you’re looking for and if we’ll be able to help you with your job search. If we can help we will set up a meeting for us to get acquainted and make sure we can work together. We will match your qualifications and preferences to the jobs we are currently working on to see if there is a match. We will also continue to search for your opportunities on an on-going basis.

When we find a match we will call you to discuss the opportunity, if you are interested we will forward your resume to our client, if they are interested we will coordinate the interview time for you.

We always prepare you for interviews, obtain feedback from you, provide feedback from our client to you, guide you through the offer negotiation and acceptance, and resignation process with your employer.

We will continue to maintain contact with you to ensure a smooth transition at your new company. Typically we will call you weekly for the first month and monthly after that to confirm things are going well. In some cases we will work with you and your supervisor to smooth over any rough spots.
